ORDERS FROM HUNGARY

EXCHANGING ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE

You can exchange your item for a different colour (or even a different product) within 14 days from receipt. Please note, that the production time of the new product takes 10-14 working days for us. For items bought online, the customer's return and shipping costs of the new item are borne by the customer. For the new item sent to you, the current shipping rate in force will apply, for which you will receive an invoice. Returns can be made by post, courier service, or in person, but in every case, products must be returned to the following address:

RETURNING ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE

We trust that you will like your order, but you can change your mind and return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The return period of 14 days begins when your order is delivered.

Returns can be made by post, courier service, or in person, but in every case, products must be returned to the following address:

If you return your order to any other address, we cannot guarantee an exchange or refund.

Following a return, you may choose from the below options:

• we are happy to replace the product with a different colour or another product (made-to-order,  within the 14 workdays production time)

• we can put the value of the product on a voucher or gift card, which you can redeem online at any time in the future, or you can even pass it on to anyone you want (to redeem the voucher, you will need to type in your code at checkout)

• or you can request a refund for the purchase, which we will fulfil via Paypal or bank transfer and send you a cancellation invoice related to the refund.

In the event of a defective or damaged product, the cost of return will be reimbursed together with the product's price; however, if the return is for any other reason, the shipping fee will not be covered by STUDIO FONT and will be borne by the customer.
